For Anna and Josie

Josie and Anna, Maia is not the only one who likes to use your purple bumbo chair:

The kitten's name is Sufi. She lives with us (along with our cat, Meko). Her owners are Clint and Merodie, who also live with us.

If you notice, in the background is our pumpkin. While we did not get a pumpkin this year at the pumpkin patch to carve, we did get one to eat! It's a blue hubbard, and, well, actually its a squash, not a pumpkin. But they look the same to me.
I tried to get a video of Sufi playing in the bumbo, because she was spinning around in it in circles chasing her tail, but when I grabbed the video camera, she kept running out of the bumbo after only 2 seconds of video. Oh well, maybe next time.

Oh my kids are going to love seeing Sufi when they get up. She was definitely a highlight of their trip!

Josie says she likes that the kitty cat is in that Bumbo Chair.
Anna says she likes that Bumbo chair. I say pretty silly pictures, Sufi!

Another bumbo chair comment: We were talking tonight about trying to get out to California for Christmas and the girls started talking about Maia (I had to explain to them that you actually live in Oregon, not California any more, but I'm not sure they got it). Josie said "We can see her in that Bumbo chair!" and Anna said "Yeah! And we can sit in that Bumbo chair too when we go out to California!" I tried to explain to them that the Bumbo chair probably wasn't one of the essential pieces of baby equipment that you would travel with if you were able to come down to GV while we were there, but they seemed to think that of all things you could bring for Maia, she must want that the most. They would.
